1) Why did I receive a Fatwa?
This is one question we can't answer. As an independent Fatwa service we don't generate Fatwas ourselves, so your question can only be answered by the sender: probably someone in your own environment. A possible answer is enclosed in the Fatwa you received, but this may not be the real reason.

2) Why sending a Fatwa?
All controverse aside Islam has given us a wonderful way of settling differences. Instead of resorting to violence or foul language, why not send an eloquent, stylish FATWA? We offer you the possibility to send your special persons a customized Fatwa without the effort of producing those colorful analogies that characterizes the Fatwa as we all love it.

3) Do you have a disclaimer?
Yes. The answer to the first question can be considered as a primitive kind disclaimer.
